Winelands of The Cape

Golf course with mountain landscape

Not an hour’s drive from Cape Town you will discover a small paradise: Gentle hills, rugged mountains, a lovely scenery and of course vineyards as far as the eye can see. In between you will find the old Cape Dutch manor houses, many of them more than 300 years old. Today, carefully renovated with love for the detail, modernised and converted to luxury 5-star comfort. This is a world that engages the charm of a bygone era with the traditional South African hospitality. The environment invites you to dream and enjoy. And this is exactly where we want to take you...

It begins at touch-down - after a long international flight – where a helicopter awaits you on the runway. It will take you to “your“ wine estate where you will be welcomed with overwhelming hospitality. No matter whether you decide to explore the world-famous golf courses, fly over the Cape Winelands in a hot air balloon or visit exquisite wine farms on horseback whilst enjoying several stops for cheese & wine tasting, the wine is the centre of your holiday which is tailor-made to your needs – whether you come alone, as a couple or in a group. The motto of our wine tours is: Nothing is too big for us – we will make every dream come true.

First of all we will of course show you the highlights of Cape Town: Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve with Cape Point and the penguin colony. We will take you – if you wish – into the past, in times when Black and White were still apart. We introduce you to a cooking course to explore the wonders of the Cape Malay cuisine, teach you everything you need to know about world-famous Cape wines and, time permitting, you will be able to visit the best of the Garden Route and the “Klein Karoo“, where you will also find first class vineyards. Especially Port, that competes easily with its “brothers“ in Portugal.
